I have had nothing but positive experiences here! Both my son (youngest age group) and I take classes here ( I do Muay Thai) and we are both so happy with not only the facility but the coaches. I have made great friends and feel that not only have I gained skill but confidence and have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and physique. I have also noticed a huge difference in my 4 year old son’s confidence, listening skills, and he’s able to burn his energy with people he enjoys being around. We trialed 2 other places prior for him to do jiu jitsu and we feel he clicked so easily and effortlessly here.
